Our Reservation Policy

CHECK-IN – 3:00PM OR AFTER

HOLIDAY PERIODS:  Columbus Day / Veterans Day / Thanksgiving (3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY)
Christmas/New Years and February Vacation Week (4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY)

9% NH ROOMS TAX APPLICABLE TO ALL RATES

MINIMUM STAY: 2 Nights – REGULAR TIME PERIODS

REBATE OR REFUND: Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation due to inoperative appliances or air conditioner. Resort Rentals, however, upon being notified of any malfunction, will make every effort to have any such appliances or air conditioner promptly repaired. TV's, VCR's, DVD's, Grills, Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis Courts, Game Rooms and other such amenities are not guaranteed. NO REFUNDS will be made if they are inoperable due to breakdowns.

NO PETS – Violation carries a $300.00 fine.

NO SMOKING!!  - Violation carries a $300.00 fine.

LINENS/TOWELS: Are provided for the amount of guests stated in the reservation. The towels are not to be removed from the unit. All homes have appropriate blankets and pillows.

HOT TUBS AND POOLS: Some of our homes offer private hot tubs and some offer indoor/outdoor pools. Owner and Resort Rentals assume no responsibility for the use of these.

ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Resort Rentals is not responsible for items left behind. We will make every effort to attempt to locate the items and upon receipt of postage and handling fee (cost dependent on item), the recovered items will be returned. All unclaimed items after 48 hours shall be considered abandoned.

ACCIDENTS TO TENANT: Tenant hereby agrees to hold and save harmless Resort Rentals, agent and owner from damages or injuries to person or property by reason of any cause whatsoever either in or about the premises or elsewhere.

Resort Rentals reserves the right to substitue properties in the event of unavailablility beyond our control.

CANCELATION POLICY:

• CANCELLATIONS made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival will have their deposit returned less a $ 50.00 service charge.

CANCELATIONS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
WILL LOSE THEIR TOTAL DEPOSIT.

• RESRVATIONS made within 14 days of arrival are subject to full payment at reservation time and there is no refund in the event of cancellation.

UNITS: All units are privately owned and come equipped with linens and towels.          

UNIT OCCUPANCY: MAY NOT EXCEED LISTED MAXIMUM BY LAW.

By submitting form I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions on this agreement and agree to have charges noted above charged to my credit card. I will sign and return one copy to Resort Rentals. All checks made payable to Resort Rentals Rentals. ($50.00 fee for insufficient fund checks)

Other Activities

For families, there is a wide range of indoor and outdoors activities, from Storyland to the Mount Washington Auto Road, the MWV Children's Museum to a hike to Diana's Baths.

For the young at heart, a number of great small pubs offer locally brewed beer, fabulous food and live music.

Shoppers won't be disappointed either. From the quaint Jackson Village shops to North Conway Village you'll find specialty shops with all kinds of great products. A little farther south you'll find outlet shopping galore, with hundreds of factory outlets and a few local favorites in the mix.

Dining in the valley is an experience all on its own -- every taste is represented, and you'll be hard pressed to find many establishments with dress codes, so relax and go eat! Contact us for recommendations!
